CONGRATULATIONS! 
The Phi Delta Kappa - San Diego organization has selected Mark Alcorn as its Educator of the year.  Mark teaches 5th grade at Lee Elementary school in San Diego Unified.  He was named San Diego Unified Elementary Teacher of the Year last year and was selected as one of the 2012 San Diego County teachers of the year as well.
